30 days. No questions.
If the edit isn't something you'd post, you get your money back. That's the whole policy. The rest of this page just explains how it works.
To get a refund: reply to your receipt email, or write to support@ravecut.com, within 30 days of buying. Say "refund please" and include the email you bought with. That's it. You don't have to explain why.
What you can expect
- A full refund. The whole price, not a part of it, back to the card or account you paid with.
- A reply within two working days, usually the same day.
- Money back within 5 to 10 working days once it's issued. That delay is the card networks and banks, not us.
- No hard feelings. If you can spare one line about what didn't work, it helps us make it better. It's optional.
What happens to your copy
When the refund goes through, your serial key is switched off, so the app will ask for a key again the next time you open it. Any edits you already made are yours to keep. They live in your own Premiere project, and nothing about them changes.
Try it before you buy it
Your first full edit is free, with no card and no account, so you can see RaveCut cut your own DJ set footage before spending anything. Most people never need this page. It's here for the ones who do.
The fine print, kept short
- The 30 days count from the date on your receipt.
- Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They process the payment and the refund, so the charge on your statement may show their name.
- If you're in the EU or UK, you also have your statutory right of withdrawal. Our 30 days is longer than that, and we honour whichever helps you more.
- One refund per person, please. If you buy again after a refund, the guarantee doesn't reset.
- Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
