The simple version.
These are the terms for using RaveCut. We've kept them short and in plain words. By buying or using RaveCut, you agree to them.
What you get
- A license to use RaveCut, the app and its Premiere Pro panel, bought once. There's no subscription.
- Up to 2 Macs at a time, for example your laptop and your desk computer. To move it to another Mac, deactivate one first.
- Every version 1 update, free. A future version 2 may be a paid upgrade. What you bought keeps working either way.
- Your first full edit is free, so you can try it on your own footage before you buy.
Your videos and edits are yours
We don't own or claim any rights to your footage, your music or the edits RaveCut makes. Use them however you like. You're responsible for having the rights to the footage and music you edit and publish, the same as with any editing app.
What we ask
- Don't share, sell or publish your serial key.
- Don't try to get around the license check, or copy and hand out the app.
- Don't resell RaveCut or bundle it into something else without asking us first.
Buying and refunds
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so their checkout terms apply to the payment itself. If RaveCut isn't for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days. See the refund policy.
Check your edit before you publish it
RaveCut builds an edit for you to review. It works hard not to make mistakes, and it flags anything it isn't sure about, but always watch your edit before you deliver or post it. RaveCut is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from using it, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid for it.
What you need
A Mac with an Apple chip (M1 or newer), macOS 14 Sonoma or later, and Adobe Premiere Pro 2026. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe. RaveCut is not made or endorsed by Adobe.
Changes
- If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date below.
- Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
